About us

Who We Are

Therapist-owned contracting company, hiring skilled professionals to work with schools and healthcare settings to provide reliable employees.

Our purpose

Our mission is to hire skilled therapists with communities in need, providing support that fosters healing, growth, and well-being for all.

Our Goal

To create a trusted network where therapists can thrive and clients receive the care they deserve—quickly, professionally, and compassionately.

How we started

Hello! I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist with a personal connection to the profession. Growing up with a stutter, I experienced first hand the powerful impact a therapist can have on someone’s life. This early exposure shaped my passion for helping others through speech therapy.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including with children of all ages in schools, as well as in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and private practice. These diverse experiences have enriched my understanding of different needs and approaches, and I’m able to tailor my services to meet each individual’s unique requirements.

At Connect Therapy Staffing, my focus is on providing a therapist-first approach. By supporting therapists in every way possible, we can ensure they are equipped to succeed, which in turn leads to happy, reliable employees. Strong, meaningful relationships are the foundation of my work, and I believe that building connections is essential to creating a positive environment for therapists, employers, and most importantly, the students, children, and patients we serve.

Our Mission

We want to bridge the gap between skilled therapists and schools/healthcare settings, ensuring a seamless match that meets the unique needs of both. We are committed to reducing turnover rates by providing therapists with the support, resources, and work-life balance they need to thrive, creating lasting partnerships that benefit both the professionals we hire and the organizations they serve. The right placement is waiting—let’s connect.
